Drinking Water Approval – WRAS; was granted to our range of resilient seated gate valves Series UNIWAT™ by COMEVAL VALVE SYSTEMS, with registration number 1304311 the Body WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) certifying that valves are designed, tested and installed in accordance with the requirements of the Standard for an initial period until 2018.
This first approval paved the way to other UNIWAT™ products such as Butterfly Valves and Check Valves, which are also WRAS covered, whilst our strainers (Y and Basket designs) are in the process of obtaining the approval to complete the whole package very soon.
** Resilient Seated Gate Valves are also approved according to EN 1074.
