Special #UNIFLOW gate valves configuration for a very specific application.
Gate valves are not frequently used with single acting actuators due to gate valve seat characteristics and thrust requirements. However, after sharing pros and cons and plant requirements at the start of this project, we have been able to design a satisfactory solution consisting of special alloy gates valve with Single acting actuators with anti-locking device.
These valves will soon be installed in a Power plant in Eastern Europe together with an Electrically operated Gate valve DN1000 under final phases of production.
