Extreme protection against industrial corrosion
To ensure safe operation and extend the service life of the equipment, we apply a specific, high-resistance paint finish.
This special coating acts as an impenetrable barrier against UV radiation and environmental corrosion. As a result, our gate valves maintain their structural and operational integrity, drastically reducing maintenance costs and unscheduled plant downtime.
Technical customisation for critical processes
The success of this project lies in the customisation of the internal components of the valves. Fluids in the oil and gas sector present critical variables in terms of pressure, temperature and chemical composition. Following a rigorous technical analysis, we configured the internal components using bespoke alloy materials to mitigate erosion and prevent destructive leaks.
To optimise the operability of these gate valves, we integrated high-performance manual gearboxes. These mechanical mechanisms ensure smooth opening and closing, minimising the torque required by the operator and maximising operational safety under demanding differential pressures.
