The installation lay-out illustrates our typical Downstream pressure reducing stabilizing System and is comprehensive of XLC Pilot Operated Control Valves Series XLC310/410, isolation valves for main line and by-pass for maintenance operations, gauges and strainers to prevent dirt from reaching the control valve. The direct acting pressure reducer VRCD is the best choice on the by-pass thanks to its reliability also after long periods of inactivity. Anti-surge combination air valves FOX 3F AS are recommended upstream and downstream as well as a pressure relief valve VSM to prevent rise in pressure on the main line. We are providing all system components for a fast and reliable installation at the plant in accordance with the dimensions engineered by our technical department.
