The HTF, is heated in HTF boiler packages fed by fossil or renewable power. HTF as heating fluid is featured by some thermodynamic advantages over steam namely its high heat transfer capacity at liquid estate, lower pressurization of the system, and lower wearing out of valves trim by corrosion. Other remarkable advantages in what performance is concerned are in example lack of drainage, no flashing or condensation, no thermal shock by fast temperature changes, lower maintenance of the boiler as no feed water system is required and being a closed circuit lay out.<\/p>\n<p>HTF is a very popular heating medium used in market sectors such as tank storage heating, hydraulic heating presses for plywood, pulp and paper, plastic and rubber plants as well as chemical and food industry. HTF boiler packages as well as the system distribution valves are provided with control valves and safety relief valves specially designed for heat resistant features for example bellows and heat resistant coatings.
