A:<\/span> Please complete the form opening a customer account<\/a> and do not forget to write your tax number (NIF) in the text field. If you provide your bank details, we will be able to proceed with your request more quickly. You can either print the page and send it by fax to 961 472 162 ATT. Sales Administration or click \u201csend\u201d to send it automatically<\/p>\n

Q:<\/span> I would like a visit from the Sales Department regarding general assistance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span> Just indicate the type of assistance you require and the person who can take care of this for you; you will promptly receive a reply from the Sales Department.<\/p>\n

P:<\/span> I would like to know the usual delivery date for COMEVAL products<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

R:<\/span> COMEVAL products normally arrive within 24 hours. In the case of special equipment\/products or those that are not in stock, the delivery period may vary depending on quantities, specifications and where the production centre is located; in these cases our sales department should be able to give you a more detailed response. You will promptly receive an estimate depending on the service required and on our current prices, which you can ask for.<\/p>\n

P:<\/span> We would like documentation for operations and maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

R:<\/span> Normally, all our products have an Operations and Maintenance Manual which are dispatched with the products; please contact your warehouse or your materials reception \u00e1rea. However, you can download all our Manuals instantly in the section “After-Sales<\/a>“. Find the product and you will see the manual in PDF format to print.<\/p>\n

P:<\/span> We need to send equipment to your workshops for inspection\/repairs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

R:<\/span> Contact our Company to register and authorise the delivery of the material to our premises. Without a registration number, we cannot guarantee reception and may not be able to carry out the service with your company.<\/p>\n

Once the equipment has been received, it undergoes a technical inspection and we will inform you of the type of service it needs depending upon the diagnosis: Manufacturing Defect \/ User Defect \/ Technical Report \/ Return \/ Disposal.<\/p>\n

Our correspondence can be co-ordinated with the Department Manager at jgalan@comeval.es<\/a><\/p>\n
