It is the ARI ARMATUREN Service and Information Portal. myARI portal, offers our customers a modern service and information channel which brings numerous advantages for the cooperation with the ARI Group. Our customers could check their order and delivery status quickly, easily and conveniently. Furthermore, they can register their repairs, returns or complaints via myARI.

Registration
Register with you name, your e-mail address and a password of your choice. You will then have to confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link in the e-mail sent to you (double opt-in procedure). After confirming the e-mail address, you will be taken to the Dashboard, the start page of your myARI portal.
To be able to use all functions of the myARI portal, you should link the registration data with your ARI customer number. If you do not have a customer number or do not know it, click on the button “Register customer account”. Your details will then be checked manually within 48 hours. In the meantime, we will keep you informed of the progress of your registration by e-mail.
You can log in via the ARI website (click on the “myARI” link in the top right-hand corner) or via the direct link https://myari.ari-armaturen.com. Please use an up-to-date browser for the portal.
