Would like to dispatch some equipment for inspection and / or overhauling at your workshop

Please always advise us before proceeding to return materials in order we can open a claim file and ease the traceability. Wait our authorisation as without our track number we cannot guarantee that your return consignment be properly identified and registered. 

The equipment will be subject to an in deep inspection and will report to you on the diagnosis and the procedure to follow: Faulty material to be covered by guarantee coverage / Usage worn down / Technical Report / Return /Service Budget / Trash….
